Children's Privacy
StoryMagic is designed for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. All accounts must be created by a parent or guardian.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate StoryMagic (AI generation, hosting) under strict data processing agreements.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.
